Background
After 28 days of successfully forecasting the price movement of the S&P500 Index using probability analysis, Theta1 has decided to provide the community with daily predictions.
The predictions will be issued before the markets open and will not be altered during the session. The idea here is to show the power of mathematics applied in the financial markets.
In practice, the predictions are targeting the S&P500, NASDAQ and Dow Jones Indices but to make referencing easier, we will simply refer to the S&P500 as our main target.
Predictions are based on 3 different colors;
Green: With a great degree of certainty, we believe that the index will take a certain path.
Yellow: While we believe that the index will take this path, statistically we cannot guarantee it with a high degree of accuracy.
Red: Markets are liable to produce random movements. No statistically reliable direction is present.
